What a nightmare. I requested this guys transport services from Jan 2025, which they never provided.I requested for a refund and cancellation of the debit order because i could smell a rat already, which i was told it will take 14 days for a refund and cancellation immediately. To my surprise come Feb 2025, another debit went through,I called and I'm told to send an email to request the refund, which I did and another 14 days to wait. I thought it was a genuine mistake, now horror happened, March 2025 they deducted and I am send from pillar to post with my money, a whole R6000.00 (R2000.00 Jan, Feb R2000 March R2000.00) I am fuming, and it does not look like I will get my money.
