Complaint about Hashtag

Hi All :)

I’m sorry to have to do this but I have to unfortunately ????

I did my 21st birthday party at hashtag on the 4th of May and it was one of the best nights because the food and the music was amazing due to Ben Fonnix the dj but also one of the worst nights , as my friends on guest list had to fight to get in and the manager didn’t let a lot of my friends in and told them that they can’t come in. The manager was also very disrespectful and had such an attitude towards me which completely put me off.

My friend then phoned the manager to ask if he can do his 18th and the manager said yes and the manager said to my friend that my friend mustn’t be like me which is highly disrespectful.

Unfortunately they have lost me as a customer and I don’t think I’ll be back unless things change and the manager starts being respectful and has a good attitude. For now I don’t want to come back and party there.
