Hashtag computers not reliable for business

Hashtag Computers took a laptop from me to sell.. when i got it back i was looking for the serial no and as i turn it around two *****s was half in the hole...4 *****s was missing so the back board was lose....so the lady did not say much and she said she will get *****s but when i ask her she said its my problem...so not sure why they open the laptop but hey Hashtag computers its not a place for business.. because you will just have a bad experience there.
