I had the misfortune of paying this company for taking over a domain. They did nothing for a year and everytime I complained to them that I could not access my emails, they promised to reset the password and never did. After a year, I found out that they had let the Domaine name lapse without informing me and I lost my archive of emails with no apology. Mary-anne comes across as a good sales person and owner until you realise that her level of expertise is lacking. I would not recommend this company as she never replies or takes responsibility for servicing a client.
