Disgusting attitude

I called the pharmacy today and asked to speak to the pharmacist - Hashim. I wanted to enquire about ingredients to make our own sanitizers for eg pharmaceutical alcohol and a*****ia as a trustee of a huge body corporate its my responsibility to minimize the risk of infection. Hand sanitizers have been sold out I'm most if not all retail stores. We have decided to make it if we cannot buy it as a matter of urgency to safeguard or minimize risk to our tenants. To cut a long story short, I was told by the pharmacist not to waist he's time with trivial things. I do not see this as trivial and as the pharmacist failed to assist me. I will also be forwarding this complaint to regulatory bodies.
