Hashflare, a so-called “cloud mining” service that allowed speculators to effectively rent processing power on the Bitcoin network, announced in 2018 that it had shut down its Bitcoin mining hardware and canceled related contracts. Cloud mining means you pay a company and they invest the funds in mining Bitcoin or another cryptocurrency of your choice. During 2017 the system "dried up" and the investment was gone. We have to accept that as this was a high risk investment. But, there have been some payouts, Now, with a bitcoin price of 35.000 US$ even the small amount in the wallet is worth enough to pay attention. I tried to move the funds to my own wallet but that is not possible as Hashflair uses a threshold. My amount is below this so the funds are stuck. The company does not offer new mining contracts so after having hugh losses with this company they even keep the small payouts. This I call *******. Their support email is unreachable (email box is full)
