DSTV installation - Defective

Quoted R1 500 to instal a DSTV decoder and activate it. Charged R2 700 once said to be completed. System not functional. Having repeatedly promised to return to correct the installation, the two individuals (Nathan and Clive) refused any further action. Had to get an alternative installer to correct the installation.
