Thumbs up to the GM Kele Lekalake for the phone call to resolve my matter at hand, even though im not going on the trip anymore, she attended to my grievances and is handling the matter accordingly!

Issues stated: 1. Price quoted was exorbitant compared to what i could get by a few google searches via booking.com and skyscanner.net 2. Making this matter a family conflict rather than dealing with the matter professionally by the said agent.
