Disappointing Thailand Trip

On the 27th December 2017 the following guys left on a trip to THAILAND for what was going to be the time of our lives

This trip was organized by the wife of one of the above guys with your agent VANESSA.

Our main focus was to be the beautiful island of ****ET, To bring you up to date with what

transpired during our stay in Thailand, here is a breakdown of one of the most disappointing

holidays we have experienced and to cap it all this was the first time overseas for two of us

and most probably will be the last time I go for an holiday booked with your agency.

Firstly, the hotel you booked us into was so appalling that we were faced with situations where

we awoke in the morning only to find that there was no water resulting in us unable to shower.

wash or flush the toilets. There were times that there was no toilet paper in the toilets and

sometimes we had to buy our own. There was this stench coming from the sewer just outside

our Hotel lingering in the air continuously. The breakfast was even worst with eggs in different forms

either boiled, scrambled or fried and some pieces of tasteless viennas accompanied by the most tasteless

juice with raw coleslaw.

We were initially put into a room with faulty aircons and was only moved the next afternoon

The rooms had kettles provided but no coffee/tea/sugar as if this was a self- catering facility.

On our way back we encountered even worse at our stop over in Seychelles at the airport,

We were not allowed to leave the airport to sight see or tour unless we booked accommodation

which then cost us a further R10 000.

My point in this whole matter is that surely Vanessa your agent is fully aware of the package she is selling

which brings me to the conclusion that she misled the person who made the booking on our behalf.

The people I speak to about their holiday in ****ET, have beautiful memories and experiences of the place

and are ready to hop into a plane and go back there and the funny thing about all this is that their stories of

****ET is what led me to go on holiday.

Another fact that you should take into account is that this was not an half price package deal,

This was an expensive trip.

The sad part for you is that I have already mentioned to everyone that asks me about my holiday

how disappointing it was and the fact that it was done via Harvey.

A very disappointed lot.
