Unlike other travel agencies and their "expert"agents, Cheryll has app**** her mind and provided flexibility in the travel itinerary I required. I was not proposed a package which other purely quote on with their mark-up from behind the scenes travel agets, but I was offered a personalised package, at a lower cost, suiting my budget requirements, with complete details for every aspect of the trip. I receievd regular feedback when a quote was delayed, I was given alteratives without having to ask for them, and this was done with the greatest professional service, knowledge of the industry and the travel destination, and genuine friendliness.
