Brilliant service

I recently bought a ticket for a flight from Jhb to Durban on a non changeable non refundable booking. When i got home I noticed that somehow the dates were entered incorrectly so I went back expecting a big argument but was pleasantly surprised when they accepted full responsibility and issued me a new ticket with no cost to myself. The person i dealt with was Denise, very pleasant person and experience. Bruno Lolli
