Lapa still leaking after repairs

I contracted Harvey Thatch SA to carry out repairs and maintenance to my lapa. I was invoiced R2,500 on 19 September 2015, which I paid the same day. However, after the first summer rains (thunderstorms), I have found that the repairs that were supposed to be effected have made no difference what-so-ever. The rain still comes pouring through the thatch of my lapa. I've tried messaging, phoning and emailing Bonwell from Harvey Thatch SA, but am getting no reply There should still be a workmanship warranty/guarantee, but this means nothing if the provider doesn't respond!
