Very bad service

We went there for dinner last night. We had made a booking for nine people and when we got there the table wasnt even ready for us, we had to help pull a couple of tables together. We then ordered drinks which took almost twenty minutes to arrive, one person ordered water and did not even receive that. When we ordered the meals we waited for a hour and a half before we tried to get the manager to sort it out and he said he would look into the matter. We only received our meals about ten minutes after that and then they were all ice cold. <br> <br> This was the first and last time that i will go there again. They have no concept of customer service or expectations.
