They completely unprofessional, I had a default for judgement which was initiated by them which affected my credit score, I managed to settle the balance owed, but in return they do not want to provide me with a paid up letter, I have been making follow ups via email, calls but they are not assisting with a simple thing as a paid up letter or letter of satisfaction, every time I want to speak to Corne I am told she’s not available i should leave a message and number
