Rude and Harrassment

My medical aid did not pay 2 of my doctors accounts, and on first communicatio with them I arranged a payment schedule to pay these accounts every month.

After a few months now I keep on sending them emails requesting a statement to see what my outstanding balance is, which they ignore. When I phone in I get transferred to a very rude lady called Jenny. She is threatning over the phone when I request a statement as she avised that they are going to send me a bill just to find out my balance.

I make payments each month and they dont allocate them and say that I have not made a payment to them in a while. She throws the phone down in my ear when I get uspet because of this behaviour.
