Intimidating Behaviour

<p>My medical aid did not pay the full amount of my x-ray account and I was notified of the non-payment. In 2013, Hartman Attorneys sent me an sms notification of the outstanding amount not covered by my medical aid. I made an effort to visit the doctor to find out what the outstanding amount was. The Doctors rooms agreed to withdraw the case if I made payment of the full amount to them, which I did. It is 4 years later and I keep on getting sms's of demand of outstanding amounts payable to Hartman Attorneys, but each time I try to make contact with them, the person responsible for my account is not available and the receptionist, Jenny, is very rude and unhelpful. She keeps promising to send me the details of my case or have the responsible person contact me, but all I get are sms's of demand, even after I have given her my email address. I want clarity on this, as I was assured that the matter was resolved 4 years ago.</p>
