Disgusting

I wish I could rate this a quarter star, they're not worthy of one star! I was contacted by a very rude TEMP COLLECTOR called Kurt, who claimed that when HE previously spoke to me, I committed to repaying R 500.00 on my Med24 account, which I did not do, I would not commit to paying an amount I can't afford. According to him, the R 2600.00 is a "small amount", an amount that my medical aid hospital portion did not cover. He told me that my account would be handed over to their legal department and would double in costs. When I told him what I could afford, he told me very rudely that it's not enough and that my account will be handed over, to have a 'good' day and goodbye. Plonked the phone down in my ear. My husband lodged a complaint with Hartman Attorneys and I hope Kurt learned a valuable lesson in manners. He'd be lucky to keep his job. Hartman Attorneys doesn't even have a registered practice number. Bunch of glorified debt collectors.
