WARNING: DO NOT TAKE HARTLEY TOURS!!!

Using Hartley Tours was the worst long distance bus experience to date!!!It was disastrous!!Hartley tours is unprofessional and don't know ow how to speak nor communicate with their customers!!! I booked 3bus tickets from CPT to PTA via computicket and after researching on some reviews and realizing they don't even have an official office number or contact details online I then decided to cancel.I called computicket to cancel ,they then gave me cell numbers of some guy from Hartley Tour to contact. I did so and the two guys I spoke to were unprofessional and not helpful.Because I couldn't get my money back I went ahead and that was my second mistake!!They bus was 2hrs late and there was a lack of communication from them.Once the bus got there we got into what looked like a school bus by Noble Bus company and were told that's the bus were taking from cpt to pta!! The bus was ill-equiped for long distant driving,it was uncomfortable and people were crammed in there.On top of that we we 6hrs late,I was supposed to be in pta by 12pm there by 8pm!!!Even getting to pta was also a nightmare!!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to take Hartley Tours!!WORST!!!! Anyone who took the bust from cpt to jhb on the 17th of Decembrr can attest to this!!!There were a lot of people complaining and it was chaotic!!
