Hartley Tours is a very bad bus please please Im begging you never ever book that bus. The staff is very unprofessional was suppose to take a bus on the 16 at 14:00 from Worcester to Johannesburg the bus only arrived at 21:00. I kept on calling the number which computicket provided me with the guy was not helpful instead he is a lier he kept on telling me the bus will arrive at 18:00 but still at 18:00 the bus never arrived. I had to book another bus. They don't want to give us refund. I don't know why computicket is still having them in their system they should just block them.
