Was suppose to leave from paarl to Johannesburg tonight, they don't communicate. Had to give numerous calls they say bus broke down sending another bus tomorrow at 14h00. Aren't they suppose to send alternative bus and they also say they don't give refund. Not even computicket could cancel my ticket. Poor service. They send a photo of a bus that broke down but it looks like a quantum taxi. Bad customer service and very rude also not very helpful at all
