Wesson Dion Responsible for Damages to Vehicle

On the 28/10/2015 Wesson Dion Durant of Hartig Roofing ( ***) knocked the back of my vehicle and he was driving a company vehicle. He promised to pay for damages. I did get a quote and send to him and he said that his company would be paying during week of 16 November 2015. I have not received payment yet and he is not answering my calls and not responding to my messages. I have called *** and spoken to Dawn who says that she has nothing to do with Hartig Roofing. But even that company that contracts them Harvey Roofing products has the same contact details for Hartig Roofing. I have tried to contact Cloudia on *** which was given to me by Dawn but she does not answer either. I need assistance as people cannot just damage other peoples vehicles and just think they can get away with it. At the time of accident Wesson Dion Durant has also failed to produce a valid drivers licence. My car is new i only received my car in July 2015 and is still under warranty so i cannot just go to anyone to repair my vehicle. I would appreciate any kind of help.
