Owner does not want to Honour his Guarantee

Two years ago, at great expense, I installed Harvey roof Tilling on my home.

I employed Wesson Hartig Durant of Hartig roofing. The installation came with a 5 year no-leak guarantee. The roof had a leak within one year of installation which he came and effected repairs, now, a year later (year 2) I am again experiencing leaks, however this time Wesson Durant initially took my calls, he now just ignores all my calls , messages, as well as e-mails.

Hartig roofing is an authorised installer for Harvey Tile (part of Mac Steel), and one would expect that their authorised contractors would provide a decent service !!!
