Refusal of a refund

Hello Peter I am a mother of a 5 months baby girl, in December I wanted to go on a cruise. I then called Lydia ****edi on *** to ask if my baby is welcome, She said yes and I then booked for 4 adults. on the 11th of December, the day of our outing I was told that the baby is not welcome, therefore I missed the cruise like that but then the others went on. I called Lydia to explain the situation and she then said she will refund me. till today there's been no refund but empty promises with no positive feedback. why would you mislead someone like that? it was my idea to recommend the cruise to the other ladies but then I had to stay behind and look at the moving boat with people having fun. it wasn't nice at all. I need a refund.
