Terrible service

We visited the cable way on Saturday for my son's birthday and 1 person ruined the whole experience for us. I suffer from claustrophobia and is very scared of heights. When we got to the front of the queue my husband politely asked the gentleman whether it would be possible that we and our 2 sons go up on our own and he became very rude and what was even more upsetting was that he spoke to the other staff in his language which we could not understand he insisted that 6 people should go at a time We again tried to explain to him that I’m very scared and being with strangers would make it worse. I then told my hubby that he and the kids should then go up alone and that I would wait for them below. Another gentleman then came and said its fine that we go up alone but still the very rude unprofessional man went on and on even after we got into the cart he left his station and actually came to us whilst we were seated in the cart and still insisted that 6 should go at a given time. We paid good money for this experience which we ruined. I won’t ever be back and I’ll make sure that everyone I know, knows what a terrible outing it was.
