Worst Experience Ever!

WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!

My partner and I booked the 4-6pm Boat Cruise yesterday. We got there 20minutes before the time. The queue outside unfortunately is beyond the company's control but the Admin to "Check in/Sign in" MY GOD!

16H02 we are still waiting in the long queue to complete some form before we could go on the boat. The driver decides to leave. I then speak to a very nice lady who was assisting us to sign in and he called the driver to come back as there were 8 of us who were being left behind. If u have been there before you will know there's a Very Arrogant Rude and Disrespectful guy by the name of TONY on that boat. He then causes a scene, screaming at the nice gentleman who was escorting us to the boat "These people were sitting there doing nothing now we must turn back to come collect them?" No! He repeats it again 3times to the guy. You could tell how this nice gentleman was embarrassed by his colleagues behavior but ow well what can he do?

I then got irritated at the fact that he is now screaming and" Going Off" at his colleague for no reason and asked him "Who r u talking about saying we were sitting there doing nothing? You don't speak to people like that. You are talking about us as though we are not here?"

He then responds with the same condenseding tone he was using when going off at his colleague "Hai wena! I'm not speaking to u"

I said "You not speaking to me but u r speaking about US! U must learn to respect customers."

He then brushes me off and continues speaking in his language. Only God knows what he was saying.

The staff is the company afterall. I can recommend Harties but definitely NOT the boat Cruise. You need to train your stuff before you place them in such places where they have to deal with people. The CONFIDENCE TONY has to be disrespectful to your customers and the other workers tell us a story. Clearly his the BOSS and running the show there. No one can tell him NOTHING.

I was planning to book the one boat for my birthday next year with my friends but after what happened yesterday, I cannot bring my friends to come witness so much abuse on a boat that we paid for a whole R890 for 2people to just have fun but end up watching Tony's Show
