Worse experience

Poor customer service, Jaco the general manager is rude, Rasta the captain lacks management skills, they are ****** sorry to say.... to be part of management you shouldn't make special preferences.... every person in this boats pays the same amount why treat your customers differently.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to this boat cruise....

Management is unprofessional..... I for one hated this cruise and I wouldn't come back.
