Good Day.<br> <br> On the 16th of October I did a telephone inquiry about the All White Boat Cruise that will take place on the 1st of November 2015. I was sent and e-mail regarding booking and all its terms and conditions.<br> <br> Then on the 22nd of October I made a payment of R1590 which is for 2 people and it include a bottle of Champagne (Moet). I did send a proof of payment and a follow up e-mail questioning whether they did receive my proof of payment. Only the next day I receive a call from a Lady by the name of Ninkie who confirmed receiving my proof of payment, but she mentioned that my payment is for another occasion. I made it clear to her that my booking is for the All White party that will be happening on the 1st of Nov 2015 and even on my proof of payment it is stated that it is for the All White Party. the Lady started to be rude to me and swear to me. I am not happy with the manner on which she was talking to me to an extend that she called me with a \K"word. I escalated the matter to the owner of the Company Mr Deon Mostert who promised me that he will investigate and come back to me. I am totally not happy and I don't think I will enjoy myself at that cruise."""
