Poor service from the crew including management

It was my birthday when I decided to visit the cruise for the second time. Unfortunately I was sitting upstairs and the good where being served upstairs . We didn't get food the manager told me there was nothing he could do the food was finished . This is unacceptable. The way I was hungry I couldn't wait for the boat to stop. Very unhurt . Very poor poor service today! I've paid R3000 just for 2 hours and I will like to have my money back
