Poor Service

We booked a sunset boat cruise for 5 people for Sunday the 4th ,on our way we tried calling them to inform them that we are 10min away and running a bit late no one answered the phones we tried all the numbers countless times still no response, got there the boat was about to leave we ran and asked them not to leave they were very rude,we asked for a refund long story and still they don't respond neither do they want to refund us.terrible service.
