Pathetic service

<p>I had the worst experience with Harties Cruise line in Hartebee****rt organised by Moloko and Lydia. March I booked for 22 ppl only to find out last minute that he asked space for us in another cruise which we had to fight for food we did not get that was paid for. 9 August I again booked with them as I believe in 2nd chances but was told about the cancellation of the cruise the night before 9th, again he booked us to another boat which was not a party boat and had to leave coolers behind after I told my clients that coolers are allowed on Harties Cruise line as per Molokos advert. The boat he booked us on doesn't do refunds as I wanted to cancel the whole trip. When I asked him what was the way forward he said eish my sister and nothing after that. I am so disappointed we ended up going to the cruise that we did not enjoy at all. I phoned him after it to find out the after party venue but did he reply the call NO but he read my whatsapp messages. MOLOKO ********** and LYDIA ********** you have made me hate coming to Harties Thank you for nothing , thank you for the pathetic service. </p>
