No refund for boat cruise booked for birthday celebration

<p>I booked a boat cruise for my birthday celebration for 20 friends which was scheduled for 20 November 2016. A day before the cruise the tragic incident happened at the Hartebees dam where people lost their lives due to the tragedy. Only when I called the company that I booked with "The Boat Company"was I informed that the cruise was cancelled. I then communicated to say, since well the cruise was intended for my birthday, i did not have a desire of cruising anymore. That is where the problem started.</p>
