missed the crise due to unforseen circumstances

i booked for cruise with my friends for 12:30 till 14:30 but unfortunately a had a puncher on the way and i ended up getting there late. i tried to call the person who asisted me with the bookings but i could get hold of her. today this morning i called Natasha to explained to her what happened but she didnt even want to hear my story. i tried to explained to her that i didnt know that my car will heve a puncher and this is not something that i have happened and i really looking forward to enjoying the cruise. i am really feeling because its like i have put my money in the drain. its not like i want my money back i just want them to reschedule another cruise for us.
