Livid. Bad experience

Livid, livid, livid! To find out the seating rules on the boat (deprived of sitting upstairs with a better view) without prior notice is ridiculous!!!!!!! After getting to the venue early nogal, then people who arrive late get a better view!! My Word!!! Unprofessional and unapologetic staff/management!!!!! I DO NOT recommend this boat experience to anyone at all!
