Horrific service

I had the worst service ever!!! I regret wasting my time and money going to this cruise! The waiters were so rude!! They refused to give me a glass glass of water after I paid 495 for the cruise, 50rand at the gate entrance and 50ramd for the car!! To top it off when I wrote an email to complain no one even got back to me! Terrible
