Harties Harbour (Kommandonek Wildlife Resort)

Very bad experience at Harties. We organised a surprise boat party for my friend which failed dismally because the boat left her while she was looking at it, all the money paid, preparations, food and boat decorations down the drain and non-refundable. We could have been on time however the lady who does the booking gave us the wrong location we ended up being led to a the guest rooms instead of at the boat location because of the address they gave us. Worse part is that it was two people who initially had a surprise party planned for them but both of them the boat left them and the other miss party despite of the wrong location she was on time but the boat left her because she was hidden away before she can be taken to the boat for the surprise. #WIN
