Enjoyed the trip but service needs some jacking up

<p>Enjoyed the trip around the dam, but the service definitely needs some work. Didn't follow through with my booking. Waited to board in an area alongside bush that smelt like it was used as a lavatory. Departed 20 min late. Food served was nowhere near quality or standard advertised on their website. Phoned management and let them know my experience. They promised to refund me but never did – even after repeated attempts to address the matter.</p>
