Disgusting service

We booked for 14 people " in advance" and got confirmation of the booking, only to get there and the one legged, rude, unprofessional so called manager told us that the boat was full. This is after we travelled all the way from Limpopo. The one legged ****** manager just said i'm "sorry" but the boat is full... after hour of driving and the money we spent to get to Gauteng. When trying to reason with him "the so called manager" then said they also have customers coming from kimberly who book in advance and they find the boat full and we shouldn't be complaining about coming from Limpopo. N.B DO NOT, I REPEAT , DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR YOU'LL REGRET. They dont empathize with their customers, they're unprofessional (especially the one legged manager " he needs management training") , this company is just a BIG BIG BIG JOKE. The owner should into replacing the manager. THERE ARE OTHER COMPANIES around harties YOU CAN USE " JUST NOT THIS ONE"
