Disappointing Experience on Harties Boat Cruise

I recently booked the Harties sunset boat cruise to celebrate my wife's birthday, hoping for a memorable and special day. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be quite the opposite.

I had specifically requested a cake and decorations for our table to make the occasion special. To my disappointment, the cake was completely forgotten, and the "decorations" consisted of a single odd balloon placed next to our table.

This was far from the celebratory atmosphere I had envisioned.The boat itself looked quite old and not well-maintained, which added to the overall underwhelming experience. The music they played during the cruise was odd and didn't fit the mood we were hoping for.

Additionally, the finger food included in the package was not only subpar but also insufficient for everyone on board.What was supposed to be a special and memorable evening for my wife turned into a disappointing experience that I wouldn’t recommend.

I expected much more, especially for such an important occasion.
