Disappointed wouldn't recommend for a birthday surprise

Not what I expected from the pictures advertised. One of the worst experiences.

1.The lake is covered with aquatic ****, so the water isn't clear at all, felt we were floating on grass.

2. Booked the birthday special for R 200 extra. You get 2 balloons, a tacky table set up and a stale homemade looking cake with no cutlery to eat it with. We were literally told to eat it with our hands by the waiters.

3. The food wasn't the greatest either, the buffet style serving does not work because there isn't enough food to go around. We were even advised upon boarding to rush to get food as it always finishes, I don't understand why they don't address the issue as they are aware of it.

4. The music, we were subjected to a mix of african, afrikaans and at some point nigerian music. I get they trying to accommodate everyone but just pick a neutral genre, we're adults.
