Disappointed , Dismayed and Never Again!!!

We were so looking forward to our Christmas lunch boat cruise on 25 December 2018 scheduled for 13h00 to 15h00,but to our disappointment when we got there our boat cruise was out, yet were told to arrive 30 min prior to our booking and that we would be seated 15min prior to the cruise for a safety briefing. All that did not happen,our boat arrived exactly at 13h00pm,the safety briefing happened while we were boarding and we couldn't hear anything because of the noise made by the boat. We were promised Christmas deco ,Christmas carols and Christmas crackers but there was none of that!!

When we ordered drinks from a drinks menu,none of the drinks were available,we had to ask the waiter to tell us what they had coz the menu was useless. The food was nothing to write home about and instead of the the 3 course buffet menu that was promised ,we were only served 2 ,(main course and dessert) and for the price we paid I wish we had stayed home and made our own Christmas Lunch!! I'm rating this company 1 out of 5 ,the only thing we enjoyed was the cruise because we got to see the beautiful views otherwise there was nothing Christmarry about our experience on that Christmas Day Lunch Cruise.
