Boat Cruise Company

We made a booking with a couple of friends for the 05 of October 2019. Upon arrival we got lost because there was no main sign that actually directed us then we called the company and advised that we were running late when we got there unfortunately the boat had departed already .We spoke with a lady named Jeanine and Jessica who told us that there is nothing they could do to help us except that we could wait for the next 4 hours for the next cruise of which we had to pay an amount of R225 which was the 50% of the booking made which was R445 in total we ended up paying an amount of R667.50 per person. I feel that nothing favors the customers in this case as everything favored the company we would not get our money back and still had to pay extra for a next cruise which was 4 hours later we were totally disappointed and would never want to support them ever again. The boss was notified regarding this matter but never came back to us we were told he doesn't take calls on Saturdays and every important detail was included in a very small clause.We feel that this was just a total ****************!!!!!!
