Bad customers service and rudeness to clients

Well me and my friends went to a womans month boat cruise on the 10th August at Harties. Before the cruise we noticed that we over paid the cruise with R380 and we told a lady that works there by the name of Lydia and she told us we will solve it after the cruise. My friend contacted her a week or so after the cruise to ask her to send the money that was extra. So she started by saying the person who works with refund is out of town a couple of months after that she started being rude and saying why did we pay extra didn't we see the price? I told her she was rude to customers and I'll make sure I show the world abt how she deal with customers and make her trend of social media. Now she telling my fend that their company has a no refund policy. But on their poster that was not mentioned. Their company number is *** and her WhatsApp numbers are ***
