Worst Holiday Home Rental Agent

Most arogant, rude, unprofessional, old man. He took offence when I requisted verification informations, as I wanted to make sure it was not a ****. After I got the answers I needed, we agreed on the payment of a deposit. Next moment he cancelled my booking before we could even process a payment, less than 12hours from recieving banking details. Kept saying he is the biggest rental agent in Hartenbos&Mosselbay and that he doesn't have time for people who doubt him. What an absolute asshole.
