Hartebeesport Online, accommodation and boat cruise

Had the worst ever experience. We booked the accommodation and activities via Hartebe****rt Online. I must this is biggest **** I have ever seen.

First of all the accommodation we got looked nothing like the pictures, the place is dusty and dirty and the roof was leaking with water due to rain.. We booked a 2 hr boat cruise, and we have never been so disappointed. the food served on the boat was cold and looked like left overs from 3 days back. If you value your money and dignity, stay away.
