Dam view apartments Hartebee****rt

We booked at dam view apartments in harties we was supposed to check in at 2pm but we arrived here by 3pm phoned the people for the keys but they made us wait another 30mins then after we got the keys came to the room and found many things that wasn't here no bathroom mats its so dangerous to come out the shower without a mat.Time to sleep there was no extra blankets the room was cold the air-conditioning dont work,Curtains are dirty, on the internet it shows so beautiful pictures but its a s**** place the owners are bull****ters
