Very very bad service and ********

Don't you ever book with this people they are ********, I booked with them and I asked for their cancellation policy they sent me but when I have to cancel they telling me that I'm not gonna get my money back it's either I make a plan to be available on the day of my bookings. I'm so ****ed right now how can I cut myself into pieces to be available on the booking days and be somewhere else on the very same day.
