Unprofessional Online Booking Service

A package deal was booked with hartbee****rtonline.co.za for April 2020. Due to corona virus and lockdown, we were unable to make the trip. No communication was sent out during this time to say we were allowed to postpone or we would be refunded. I waited until we were put of hard lockdown and contacted them by the end of July. My calls and messages were being ignored. Until in September i received feedback to ask when would I like to rebook. They are rude and unprofessional on the phone as well. I asked for October. Then I notified them that there was a death in the family and we could not attend and wished to extend the booking to a later stage. Ever since October my calls have been cut and messages ignored again. No feed back. Everything is fully paid for and they refuse to let us take the holiday or refund us. I will never recommend this place to anyone!!! They are a *******. You pay in full and as soon as you need to ask anything or seek assistance, they do not get back to you. No commitment from the company to assist in times of covid. Up till now I still have not received feedback and they are almost R5000 richer.
