A pure *******. We scheduled a boat ride for 8 for 1 hour at 3PM. The “boat” we went on only arrived at 3:30PM. 15 mins into the trip, the skipper said we had to turn back because the “boat” was losing momentum. The skipper suggested we stay in the middle of the water to which we refused, after which we asked to go back because a male on the point needed to go to the toilet. At the dock, we waited for their other boat to restart our cruise, they said it would be too dangerous due to the conditions. At that point we agreed to process a refund. I have tried contacting by calling, emailing and whatsapp to get my money back for over 10 days to no avail. The one response I got, they tried to change the narrative like we were the reason why the cruise was cancelled, yet it was because of a barely functional boat, their lateness and their unwillingness to give us the hour we paid for. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
