COMPLAINT

Good day, I would like to share a not good experience i had with the cruise company. I booked a boat cruise for the 1st of December 2018. i paid for 7 people . The email was sent to confirm my booking , saying we are booked on a small yatch. we went and when we got there we were told to embark on a speed boat . I explained to David whom was incharge for that day. He advised me to send an email to their offices and make them aware of the mistake they did, so that we they will refund us. I did exactly that, till today i have not received any response from them , except that the manager is in the meeting. Everytime i call them ,email, whatsup i get a same response. all i want is my refund nothing else. their contact is ********** Annelie Email ********** I hope this will be sufficient for you to be able to help me.
