Poor customer service

I had a terrible experience at Hartbee****rt. After checking-in I had an emergency which resulted in me not being able to sleep there.This emergency happened as a result of lake motel.My wife has sinus and the place was making her sick.As a result we couldn't sleep there.

I called the manager that I cannot sleep there anymore due to this emergency.I asked for a refund as this situation was beyond my control.The manager didn't give me my refund.My biggest problem is that he hang the phone on me as were discussing this matter.This is the highest form of disrespect and poor customer service.
